A few things to know before your visit, so your time with us is effortless.
What should I know before booking?+
Most services require preparation time to properly set up the room for your treatment. Because of the timing and cost of preparation, we kindly ask for your consideration when booking and canceling. We allow a 10-minute grace period for traffic and delays.
When should I arrive?+
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time — not earlier. Arriving early does not guarantee your service will start before your scheduled time.
Are there age or health restrictions?+
Guests must be at least 16 years old to receive spa services. We are unable to serve pregnant women. Please leave children/minors at home for their safety and the comfort of everyone in the treatment room.
What payments do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Zelle. We do not accept personal checks or traveler's checks. Gratuity is not included — tips are always appreciated.
What about late arrivals?+
We will try our best to accommodate you, but out of respect for other clients we cannot guarantee the full service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time available, or help you reschedule.
How do gift cards work?+
Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date, redeemable for 100% of the service value. They have no cash value, cannot be used toward tips, and must be presented at the time of service. Beware of scam sites — only purchase gift cards here or in store.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Clients with repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may no longer be provided services, and future bookings may be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
Lost or stolen items?+
TouYuanTang Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep all personal belongings with you during your visit.
